Sinotruk Group held a training course to enhance the performance capabilities of cadres to be promoted in 2026

To thoroughly implement the talent-driven enterprise strategy, comprehensively strengthen the foundation of cadre team building, and accelerate the improvement of newly promoted cadres’ performance capabilities, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) held a training course on enhancing the performance capabilities of cadres promoted in 2026 from March 24th to 31st. Jiang Pengpeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of CNHTC, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Qian Feng, Director of the Lecturer Development Department of Guangzhou Renmai Education Group, gave a special lecture.

Focusing on “How to be a CNHTC cadre in the new era who is politically sound, highly capable, and has a solid work style,” the meeting emphasized that all participating cadres should raise their political awareness, find their place and contribute their strength in serving the overall development, and truly unify their thoughts and actions with the deployment of the CNHTC Party Committee. They should take the lead in learning, adapt to development and shoulder heavy responsibilities through continuous self-empowerment, and effectively improve their practical ability to lead teams, solve problems, and create value. They should dare to be pragmatic and responsible, hone their work style and create achievements in overcoming difficulties, and ensure the efficient implementation of various tasks. We must strictly abide by discipline and rules, maintain integrity and honesty, and set an example for others, being upright in our conduct and work, becoming role models for all employees.

The meeting required all participating cadres to fully immerse themselves in the learning, truly understanding and internalizing the material. We must adhere to the principle of integrating learning with application, promoting action through learning, and ensuring that we “come with questions, return with solutions, and leave with results.” We must strengthen mutual learning and exchange, fostering a strong learning atmosphere of competition and mutual progress. Through this training, we hope that all participants will achieve comprehensive improvement in their thinking, abilities, and perspectives, effectively transforming the learning outcomes into practical work results, and making new contributions to the Group’s new journey forward with higher standards, a more pragmatic style, and a stronger sense of responsibility.

At the opening ceremony, representatives of the trainees made statements, expressing their commitment to cherishing this learning opportunity, strictly adhering to training discipline, and fully embodying the spirit of “never slacking off, always at the forefront, and always striving for excellence.” They pledged to dedicate themselves to their posts, work diligently and practically, and take the lead in contributing their wisdom and strength to the Group’s accelerated progress towards becoming a world-class enterprise.

This training program is a strategic talent development project meticulously organized and implemented by the Group based on its new development stage, closely aligned with the “15th Five-Year Plan” strategic plan, and combined with the actual needs of cadre team building. The training courses cover core content such as corporate culture, integrity education, new energy business and digital transformation, risk management and comprehensive practical application, integrating diverse teaching methods such as case studies and simulation exercises. The aim is to further guide cadres to broaden their strategic vision, hone their job skills, and strengthen their sense of responsibility, thus building a solid talent support and organizational guarantee for the Group’s high-quality development.

More than 60 people participated, including relevant leaders from China National Heavy Duty Truck Group and trainees from the 2025 Cadre Promotion and Job Performance Capacity Training Program.
