Shandong Heavy Industry CNHTC 2026 Partner Conference Successfully Held. On December 18th, the Shandong Heavy Industry CNHTC 2026 Partner Conference themed “Technology Leads Full-Chain Win-Win” was successfully held at the Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center. Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, attended the conference and presented awards to outstanding partners; Liu Zhengtao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CNHTC, delivered a speech, and Liu Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, delivered a keynote speech. More than 3,000 partners from all over the country gathered in Jinan, the Spring City, to recall the journey of working together, share the fruits of hard work in 2025, depict a new blueprint for development in 2026 and the future, and gather strong synergy of concerted efforts between the government and enterprises, collaboration between schools and enterprises, and win-win between manufacturers and dealers.
Working Together with One Heart to Create Brilliance
At the conference, outstanding partners who performed excellently in the market competition and made outstanding contributions to the company’s development in 2025 were grandly commended and rewarded, in gratitude for all partners’ companionship and concerted efforts all the way. In 2025, against the backdrop of increasingly fierce competition in the global commercial vehicle market, the majority of partners and CNHTC worked together with one heart and one mind, forged ahead with perseverance, and jointly achieved brilliant results, handing over an inspiring development report: the group’s total annual income is expected to exceed 225 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17%; the total vehicle sales are expected to exceed 450,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 25%, and the good momentum of booming production and sales has been continuously consolidated.
Among them, the production and sales scale of CNHTC heavy trucks exceeded 300,000 units, setting a new historical high. It not only maintained the first position in China’s heavy truck industry for 4 consecutive years, but also successfully won the laurel of the world’s number one heavy truck sales, creating a new era in the development of China’s commercial vehicle industry and demonstrating the strong strength of Chinese intelligent manufacturing and Chinese brands on the global stage.
In the domestic market, CNHTC continued to promote the systematic upgrading of product structure, marketing concepts and business models, achieving comprehensive growth in all categories and fields, with bright spots everywhere: the expected sales of heavy trucks reached 150,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 33%, and the core advantages continued to expand; the expected sales of light trucks reached 120,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 29%, and the market penetration rate steadily increased; the sales of VAN models and pickup trucks increased by 116% year-on-year, and emerging businesses developed rapidly; the new energy field performed particularly prominently, with the expected sales of new energy heavy trucks and light trucks increasing by 230% and 390% year-on-year respectively, achieving remarkable results in green transformation; the market share of both high-end and economical segmented markets continued to maintain a leading position in the industry and achieved rapid growth, fully meeting the diverse needs of different customer groups.
Good news also came from the export market, where CNHTC achieved another historic breakthrough: the annual export of heavy trucks exceeded 150,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 11%, ranking first in China’s heavy truck exports for 21 consecutive years and continuing to lead the industry’s export pattern. Among them, the monthly export of heavy trucks exceeded 15,000 units in September, successfully setting a new historical record for China’s heavy truck exports, demonstrating the high recognition of CNHTC’s products and services in the overseas market. At the same time, CNHTC insisted on expanding the variety of export products and promoting the export of all categories. The export sales of light trucks increased by 161% year-on-year, and the export sales income of after-market parts increased by 53% year-on-year, successfully building a new strategic pattern of “heavy truck leadership and multi-category coordination” for full-category export, and the influence of the overseas market continued to improve.
Linkage and Win-Win, Drawing a New Blueprint
Facing the new journey of the “15th Five-Year Plan”, CNHTC has clarified the strategic direction for future development. It will firmly shoulder the mission of “empowering better equipment with technology”, unswervingly promote the six strategic transformations of greenization, digital intelligence, servitization, internationalization, diversification and high-endization, and anchor the long-term development goal: by 2030, strive to achieve the core goals of 800,000 vehicle sales and the group’s total income exceeding 400 billion yuan, promote all series of commercial vehicle brands to lead the industry, and strive to build a world-class commercial vehicle enterprise.
Looking forward to 2026, CNHTC stated that it will uphold the concept of “sharing goals, expanding the market together, and sharing achievements” with all partners, work together to achieve full-chain win-win results in products, channels, policies, brands, services, ecology, etc., and make every effort to hit the annual target of 340,000 domestic vehicle sales. The two parties will build a closer and more resilient manufacturer-dealer “community of shared future”, lay a solid foundation for the new journey of the “15th Five-Year Plan”, gather strong synergy for CNHTC to cross a century and move towards world-class at full speed, and jointly create a better future for the high-quality development of China’s commercial vehicle industry.
The conference was full of highlights, innovatively adopting the form of situational drama to officially release the “Xiaozhong 1.0” CNHTC high-end intelligent service system. Deeply integrating AI large model technology, the system has the core advantages of efficient response and intelligent interaction. It can process complex needs in driving operation guidance, maintenance inquiry, fault early warning, driving behavior analysis and other aspects in seconds, fully covering the entire life cycle of vehicle R&D, production, sales, use and scrapping, building a convenient, efficient and intelligent service ecology for customers, and further improving the customer experience.
The product launch session also attracted much attention. CNHTC grandly launched a number of new products such as the new generation of heavy trucks at the conference. The product matrix covers both new energy and traditional energy fields, including heavy trucks, light trucks, light vehicles and other categories, accurately adapting to the needs of different segmented markets, and fully demonstrating the company’s strong strength in technological innovation and product R&D.
During the conference, CNHTC also carefully built a product exhibition area, displaying more than 200 full-series commercial vehicles and assembly parts products.
