Recently, a delegation from a key core customer in Indonesia specially arrived at SINOTRUK to carry out a two-day on-site inspection and in-depth exchange activity. The purpose of this inspection is to fully understand SINOTRUK’s production and manufacturing strength, product technical advantages and full-chain service capabilities, and promote the cooperation between the two parties to a deeper level. After in-depth docking and sincere communication in multiple links, the two parties finally reached a high degree of consensus, successfully signed a cooperation intention agreement, and officially locked in an intended order for 500 vehicles, laying a solid foundation for long-term and stable cooperation in the future.

During the inspection, accompanied by relevant leaders and business backbones of SINOTRUK throughout the whole process, the Indonesian key customer delegation successively visited core production bases such as SINOTRUK Laiwu Factory, Gearbox Factory and Special Vehicle Company, conducted on-site visits to various key production links, and comprehensively investigated the enterprise’s development strength. The delegation walked into the modern production workshop, observed the whole process of vehicle stamping, welding, assembly, testing and other operations at close range, carefully checked the operation status of intelligent production equipment, and asked in detail about the company’s production scale, capacity layout, quality control system and independent R&D capabilities of core components. Faced with SINOTRUK’s advanced intelligent production lines, standardized production processes and strict quality inspection mechanisms, the members of the delegation stopped to communicate frequently, highly appraised SINOTRUK’s profound manufacturing heritage and excellent product quality, and further strengthened their confidence in cooperation with both parties.
After the on-site inspection, the two parties held a special seminar and conducted in-depth docking around core cooperation topics such as product technology optimization, after-sales parts guarantee and financial support policies. Combining the characteristics of the Indonesian market demand, the SINOTRUK team detailed introduced the advantages of models suitable for local working conditions, customized solutions, as well as the full-chain service system covering pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services; aiming at the issues concerned by the customer such as the timeliness of parts supply, the response speed of after-sales maintenance and the financial cooperation model, they gave professional answers and improved solutions one by one.
