CNHTC 2025 New Employee Internship Commendation Conference: Gather New Strength to Boost HOWO’s High-Quality Development

On January 7th, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) successfully held the 2025 New Employee Internship Commendation Conference and the themed cultural performance “Gathering New Strength, Igniting the Future.” The event aimed to comprehensively summarize and showcase the training achievements of CNHTC’s “Young Talent Foundation Building Program,” commend outstanding individuals and units during the internship phase, and encourage young employees to take on responsibilities in the Group’s new journey of high-quality development, especially in promoting the continuous growth of the SINOTRUK HOWO brand.

Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, Liu Zhengtao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CNHTC, and Liu Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and General Manager of CNHTC, attended the event. Ye Jianjun and Liu Zhengtao delivered speeches and presented awards, while Liu Wei also presented awards. Jiang Pengpeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union of CNHTC, presided over the meeting and read out the commendation decision. More than 600 people participated in the event, including leaders from Shandong Heavy Industry Group, directors and above from CNHTC, principal leaders of relevant functional departments and secondary units, and all 2025 new employees.

In his speech, Liu Zhengtao reviewed CNHTC’s remarkable achievements in 2025. Under the strong leadership of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, all CNHTC employees worked diligently and achieved the outstanding result of being the world’s number one in heavy truck sales, where the excellent market performance of the SINOTRUK HOWO series products played a crucial role.

He emphasized that the sustainable development of an enterprise cannot be separated from solid talent support. The “Young Talent Development Program” has laid a solid foundation for the growth of new employees and effectively stimulated the vitality of this new force. After the commendation ceremony, the new employees’ talent show themed “Gathering New Strength, Igniting the Future” was staged splendidly.
