Powerful and Adaptable Engine: The Weichai diesel engine delivers high torque at low RPMs, ensuring excellent performance even on steep gradients and uneven surfaces. Its strong fuel adaptability makes it ideal for operating in regions with variable fuel quality.
Reinforced Chassis and Axles: Built with heavy-duty components, the Howo-7’s chassis and axles are designed to withstand extreme loads and harsh operating conditions, minimizing downtime and maintenance costs. It has passed rigorous tests including -40℃ low temperature, 50℃ high temperature, high-altitude load, and 1 million km durability.
Efficient Hydraulic System: The ventral lift hydraulic system provides smooth and reliable cargo unloading, reducing cycle times and improving productivity on job sites.

Experience more power with less fuel: Employing the most advanced BOSCH high-pressure common rail system, the ECU precisely controls the fuel injection process according to the engine’s operating state, achieving a maximum injection pressure of 1600 bar to ensure superior fuel atomization, increased engine power, and reduced fuel consumption. Durable and Reliable: The cylinder block is constructed from vermicular graphite cast iron, offering increased rigidity and strength, enabling thinner walls, and reducing engine weight. Compared to traditional gray cast iron, vermicular graphite cast iron offers a 75% increase in tensile strength, a 40% increase in elastic modulus, and a 100% increase in fatigue strength.

Axles - Carry More, Cost Less

The MC series drive axles and V series steering axles are engineered based on advanced German axle technology and improved with the latest technical standards, offering higher transmission efficiency, superior heat dissipation, increased load capacity, and extended service life to accommodate various road conditions. The main reducer utilizes an Oerlikon gear, offering a 10% increase in strength and improved transmission efficiency
